A few changes at City Hall

At the April 7 meeting of the Eufaula City Council, a number of changes were made.

Ward 4 Councilman Dr. James Hickman was elected mayor by the Council.

Ward 1 Councilman Tisha Morgan was elected vice-mayor.

City Attorney Kay Wall swore in: Newly elected Ward 3 Councilman Evelyn Gulley.

And Ward 2 Councilman Roger Barton. He had been appointed to that position when Nancy Mouser passed away in 2023 and was elected in the recent city elections.
