Road closed due to rain

Heavy rains, between three inches and six inches, inundated Mc-Intosh and surrounding counties over the weekend.

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation reports that SH 71 between Eufaula Dam and SH 2 in Muskogee County is closed indefinitely due to damage from high water.

In Pittsburg County, SH 63 between US 270 and Bache Road south of Haileyvllle was closed temporarily Saturday, April 6.
