Many facts came to mind with the passing of Hall of Fame coach Truman Dixon. Looking back, McIntosh County has something unlike any other county its size: produced five Hall of Fame coaches - Leon and Truman Dixon, Ray Grandstaff, Paul Bell and Perry Anderson.
