McIntosh County resident Tiffany Johnson, 47, has pled guilty in Haskell County District Court to multiple drug violations.
Johnson was arrested in July 2024 near Lake Eufaula Dam and charged with unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute; transporting an open container of alcohol; possession of a controlled dangerous substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
She was stopped for speeding by an OHP trooper on SH 71. A K9 officer searched the vehicle and found methamphetamine, according to an affidavit filed by the officer.
Johnson pled guilty at a hearing on Jan. 28.
Associate District Judge Brian Henderson fined her a total of $1,300 on all charges and placed her on probation.
