Fire destroys Eagle Bluff residence

The Eagle Bluff home of Jamie Knight was destroyed by fire Sunday afternoon.

Knight was not home at the time of the blaze.

Eufaula Fire Chief Chad French said the call came in at 3:28 p.m.

Eufaula firefighters and firefighters with the Vivian Fire Department responded to the alert.

Though Knight’s home was a total loss, firefighters were able to save a home next door.
