The College Football Playoff National Championship game should be great.

No.5 Notre Dame defeated Penn State (2724) while No.6 Ohio State edged Texas (2814) to make it to the championship game. The Buckeyes are projected a 5.9-point favorite over the Fighting Irish.

Both teams came off losses to roll through the post-season.

Notre Dame has overcome injuries with ease all season but will face a healthy Ohio State team who looks dominant on both sides of the football.

The national championship will take place Monday Jan. 20 at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium at 6:30 p.m. on FS1.
