SEMINOLE – Canadian Valley Electric Cooperative (CVEC) is proud to announce that it has been recognized by the U.S. Acting Secretary of Labor and the Assistant Secretary for Veterans’ Employment and Training Services as one of the 839 recipients of the prestigious 2024 HIRE Vets Gold Medallion Award.
This award highlights CVEC’s unwavering commitment to supporting veterans in the workforce and promoting a diverse, inclusive workplace. This marks the second consecutive year that CVEC has received this esteemed award.
The HIRE Vets Medallion Award is the only federal-level veterans’ employment award recognizing a company or organization’s commitment to veteran hiring, retention, and professional development.
