For the first time since 2012 the Eufaula Ironheads football is 1-4 in its first five games. However, don’t count out this team. They have coaches that are coaching their tails off and putting in the time everyday to make this team better. Eufaula will face off with Holland Hall this Friday night and if they can get this win it will give the Ironheads the momentum needed to finish strong for the rest of the season and just maybe get into the postseason.

The players must buy into what the coaches are selling to turn the ship around. Eufaula has scored a lot of points offensively but has come up short on finishing strong defensively. I feel that this week Eufaula gets a big victory over the Dutchmen before finishing the season with two consecutive road games.
