John answered this question clearly in 1 John 3:16-19, “This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers. If anyone has material possessions and sees his brother in need but has no pity on him, how can the love of God be in him? Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth. This then is how we know that we belong to the truth, and how we set our hearts at rest in his presence.” John tells us that we know that God’s love is in us, when love each other.
Is there enough evidence to convict you of being a Christian? If you love one another, then people can see Christ in you. This attitude demonstrates our faith without having to say it. There are lots of things people wear or do that can make you think they are a Christian. The best way to show your faith is to live it without compromise. Then people will see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.
