Jessica Lynn Tripp, 32, McAlester, pled no contest on July 16 to possession of stolen copper and other charges.

She allegedly stole the copper from a residence west of Eufaula in December 2023. Tripp also was charged with trespassing after being forbidden and driving with a canceled/suspended/revoked license.

District 18 Special District Judge Brian McLaughlin gave Tripp a five year deferred sentence on the stolen copper charge, a six month deferred sentence on the trespassing charge and a one year deferred sentence on the driving without a license charge.
