DEATH NOTICES

WARNER – Michael Ray Chesser, 62, passed away Monday, July 8, 2024. A Celebration of Life was held Friday, July 12 at Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel.

EUFAULA – Carol Jo Yandell, 77, passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at her home in Eufaula, OK. A memorial service was held Saturday, July 13 at Stidham Baptist Church.

CHECOTAH – Doris Hatridge, 79, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Saturday, July 13, 2024. A memorial service was held Wednesday, July 17 at Mission Outreach Full Gospel Church.

CHECOTAH – Cynthia (Cindy) Stidham Scheuring, 64, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024, in Tulsa, OK. Services are pending at this time. Services are set for Thursday, July 25 at 1 p.m. at Checotah First United Methodist Church.

COUNCIL HILL – Michael Hart, 34, passed away with his family by his side, on Sunday, July 14, 2024. Services are pending at this time.

EUFAULA – Trudi McKay, 79, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024, in Eufaula, Oklahoma. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 19 at Pierce Cemetery.
