Lynn places fifth in State Powerlifting

The Eufaula Ironheads under head coach Larry Newton had six athletes qualify for the OSSAA State Powerlifting meet. Bryan Lynn placed 5th in the 168-pound group. Other athletes that participated were Rashon Watts, Blayden Neill, Peter Lee, Keltyn Lane and Duke Dunn.

“I’m very proud of this group. They put in the time and effort in the weight room and benefited from it. Bryan placed fifth in the entire state and that’s impressive. We have a talent in these underclassmen coming up and the future is bright for the Eufaula Ironheads,” Eufaula head coach Larry Newton said.
