Charcuterie Class to benefit Police K9

Legacy On Main Street, 224 N. Main St., Eufaula will host a Charcuterie Class (the art of creating a colorful mix of meats, cheeses and fruits) at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 19.

Cost of the class is $50 per ticket. All net profit from the event will be donated to the Eufaula Police Department K9 Fundraiser.

The class will be taught by Shelly & Dewayne Helms, owners of 9 West Ranch Beef.

The ticket includes charcuterie for one and a glass of wine.
