Stewart finishes career at State Tournament

Checotah senior Carter Stewart closed out his high school career at the All-State Golf Tournament at the Hard Rock Casino golf course. The West team defeated the East however Stewart was the only player from the East squad to defeat his opponent on each hole.

“I had a great time playing this course and meeting some new friends along the way. To close out my career playing in this game is something that I will remember for the rest of my life,” Carter Stewart said.

Stewart has already committed to play golf at Northeastern State University.
