Home B.A.S.E. Program (Be a Self Educator) The B.A.S.E. Program is a K-12 program that supports Eufaula and surrounding communities’ homeschooling families.
The last week of the month, Eufaula Memorial Library hosts an activity that homeschool families can participate in. The programs range from academic activities, games and crafts, to homesteading skills and life skills information.
In April, the group participated in a presentation for “Earth Day” and learned information about recyclable goods, planting eco-friendly gardens, and took time to cleanup around the community in a citywide community clean-up event.
Two activities taking place In May are “water safety” and “writing creatively.” The group usually meets the last Monday or Tuesday of the month at 10 a.m. or 2 p.m.
Check our event calendar for dates and times at eols.org/ events.
