A new year needs a new focus. Yes, this year has started, but unfortunately I have already been losing focus because I have been sick. Yes, this is the third year in a row that I have had to battle everything from COVID, high blood pressure, diabetes, upper respiratory infections, strep throat and/or double ear infections. You name it. I have caught it. To say that all these ailments stink is an understatement. I honestly loathe being sick because I feel useless. In fact, I would say it affects me not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.
