Lady Ironheads shutout Meeker

The Eufaula Lady Ironheads (10-6) shut out Meeker 8-0 on Friday. Senior Adison McLaughin was perfect from the pitching circle, allowing zero runs for Eufaula. The Lady Ironheads scored three runs in the second inning with great hits by McKenzie Crawley and Kate Pippenger. They added two more runs in the third inning to take a 5-0 lead and fans could see the excitement and momentum that Eufaula was playing with both from the plate and the field.
