The Eufaula Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony last week for The Highdaway Cove, 30 JC Watts Ave., owned by Kara Young. New Chamber Director Shelly Franz, in one of her first official duties, welcomed the medical cannabis dispensary to town.
